1. User Eligibility: User की उम्र 18 वर्ष से ज्यादा होनी चाहिए। User declare करता है कि वह mentally competent और legally capable है। दी गई personal जानकारी पूरी तरह सही होनी चाहिए। किसी भी fake identity/document पर account terminate किया जा सकता है।
2. Account Registration & Verification: User mobile number / email / KYC verification के लिए सहमत होगा। एक व्यक्ति केवल एक ही account उपयोग कर सकता है। Login ID किसी तीसरे व्यक्ति से share करना prohibited है।
3. E-Commerce Usage Terms: Products की pricing, availability और offers change हो सकती हैं। Technical issues या server failure पर company जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। Order केवल successful payment के बाद confirm माना जाएगा। Delivery time approximate है—delay पर company liable नहीं। Return/Refund policy मान्य होगी। Product images केवल reference purpose के लिए होती हैं।
4. Referral / Networking Membership Terms: Referral income पूरी तरह performance-based है। यह investment plan, MLM या assured income scheme नहीं है। Referral credit system rules के अनुसार मिलेगा और transfer नहीं किया जा सकता। Future earning पर कोई guarantee नहीं है। Membership fees (यदि कोई हो) non-refundable है। Fraud/fake referral पर account तुरंत block किया जाएगा।
5. Payout & Earnings Disclaimer: Referral earnings company policy के अनुसार calculate होगा। Income guaranteed नहीं है और user activity पर निर्भर है। User सभी applicable taxes (TDS/GST) मानने के लिए बाध्य है। Company कभी भी reward program modify/stop कर सकती है।
6. No Investment / No Guarantee Clause: यह कोई investment plan नहीं है। कोई fixed return या guaranteed earning नहीं दी जाती। यह केवल E-commerce + Referral reward based platform है।
7. Prohibited Activities: Fake referral/KYC, गलत promises, mis-selling, company name का गलत उपयोग, abuse/harassment/spamming या hacking attempts strictly prohibited हैं। ऐसे मामलों में account तुरंत terminate किया जाएगा।
8. Privacy & Data Usage Consent: Company user की जानकारी (Name, Phone, Email, Device info, Usage data) को services सुधारने और communication हेतु उपयोग कर सकती है। Data केवल delivery, verification और payment processing के लिए third-party को दिया जा सकता है। User data कभी बेचा नहीं जाएगा।
9. Liability Limitation: Company किसी indirect loss, downtime या missed earnings के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है। Third-party vendors के product quality की जिम्मेदारी vendor की है। User misuse के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा। किसी dispute में company की liability अधिकतम membership/subscription fee तक होगी।
10. Account Suspension / Termination: Fake account, fraud referral, illegal activity, abuse या Terms violation की स्थिति में company बिना notice के account बंद कर सकती है।
11. Refund Policy: Membership/subscription fee non-refundable है। Product refunds केवल return policy के अनुसार processed होंगे।
12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law: सभी विवाद Indian Law के अंतर्गत होंगे। Jurisdiction — Jaipur रहेगा।
13. Policy Change Clause: Company को Terms, Rewards, Referral rules बदलने का पूरा अधिकार है। App पर update होते ही ये लागू माने जाएंगे। User को notification देना optional है।
14. Consent Clause: User declare करता है कि वह Terms & Conditions पढ़ चुका है, बिना किसी दबाव के उन्हें स्वीकार करता है, earnings activity-based होती है और कोई assured income नहीं दी जाती।
